Try these recipes and taste the difference for yourself:



Note: Kefir can be substituted for yogourt in any recipe and vice versa.


Heinzle's Breakfast Delight
2 cups of Pinehedge Farms Yogourt
½ tsp. pure vanilla flavoring
1-2 tbsp. honey
2-3 tbsp. chopped nuts
2 apples (diced)
1 other fruit (peach, banana, berries... whatever's in season)
(as an optional ingredient you can add Vitagerme™ )

Place all contents in a bowl, stir well and serve. Leftovers placed
in an airtight jar in the fridge will stay fresh for a few days.

Theresia's Super Salad Dressing
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. fresh flax oil
1 clove crushed garlic
3 tbsp. Pinehedge Farms Yogourt
½ tsp. sea salt
¼ tsp. honey
Pepper to taste (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir thoroughly.
Toss with your favorite salad and serve immediately.

Kefir Power Shake
1 kg Kefir
1 banana
3-4 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract (optional)

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix for 1-2 minutes and enjoy.

Note: This will make about 5 glasses. I like to drink one gass and place
the remainder in the Kefir jar to store in the fridge and it will be ready
for drinking anytime after a quick shake.

Perfectly Peach Yogourt Shake
1 kg Yogourt
2 Peaches
3-4 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
2-3 tablespoons of frozen orange concentrate

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix for 1-2 minutes and enjoy.

Note: This will make about 5 glasses. I like to drink one gass and place
the remainder in the yogourt jar to store in the fridge and it will be ready
for drinking anytime after a quick shake.
